HOW IT WORKS
Air Intake and Filtration, Each AWG begins by drawing ambient air into the system using a fan. The air passes through a HEPA filter, which removes dust, pollen, and other airborne particles. This ensures that only clean air is used in the water generation process.
Condensation Process, The filtered air moves through a series of cooling coils that lower the air's temperature to its dew point, causing water vapor in the air to condense into droplets. This process is similar to the natural formation of dew but accelerated and controlled within the machine.
Water Collection and Filtration, The water droplets collect in a pan and then flow into a multi-stage filtration system. This system typically includes sediment filters, activated carbon filters, and possibly other specialized filters such as reverse osmosis membranes or mineral cartridges. These filters remove impurities such as chemicals, bacteria, and viruses, ensuring the water is safe for drinking.
UV Sterilization, After filtration, the water passes under UV lamps. UV sterilization is a critical step that destroys any remaining microorganisms, providing an additional layer of safety by ensuring the water is free from pathogens.
Storage and Dispensing, The purified water is then stored in a clean tank within the AWG until it is dispensed. The storage tank is designed to keep the water safe and free of contaminants until it exits the machine. Users can dispense water as needed, similar to using a traditional water cooler.
Energy Efficiency and Control System, AquaVol AWGs are equipped with energy-efficient components and smart controls that optimize operation based on ambient temperature and humidity conditions. This system adjusts the condensation process to maximize efficiency and minimize energy consumption.
